• To represent IPC Department at Chief Minister Secretariat Sindh, M/o IPC, Secretariat of CCI, Chief Secretary Sindh, Administrative Department on behalf of Secretary, IPC Department, Government of Sindh

ADDITIONAL SECRETARY,IPC DEPARTMENT

Overall supervision of all administrative staff.

DEPUTY SECRETARY (COORDINATION), IPC DEPARTMENT

Supervision of CCI & IPCC matters routed through concerned Section officers

DEPUTY SECRETARY (ADMIN), IPC DEPARTMENT

Supervision of all administrative matters routed through concerned section officers.

DRAWING & DISBURSING OFFICER (D.D.O), IPC DEPARTMENT

Duties as DDO, matter pertaining to salaries of staff of IPC department, medical re-imbuement claim and budget of IPC Department etc.

SECTION OFFICER (COORDINATION-II)

Matters related to general inter provincial coordination.

SECTION OFFICER (COORDINATION-I)

• CCI related matters.
• IPCC related matters

SECTION OFFICER (HRM)

Transfer / postings of officers / officials, promotion and leave cases, explanations show cause notices in coordination with SGA&C Department. Assembly business including assembly questions and resolutions etc.
