• To serve as a communication medium for both horizontal &
vertical Forum (Provincial & Federal level).
• It can help resolve anomalies within the Province and with
other Provinces.
• It can establish one window for the awareness to
communicate between the Province and center.
• Function as the eyes and ears of the Government.
